Great customer service. Happy with my purchase of a skating accessory. Amazed at the quality range of top outdoor brands carried here. Looks like a great place to buy/ try ski gear. Products are at regular prices, not many discounts.
Unfortunately Lanna became a frustration for us.nIf I had possibility I would not buy the bikes there.nWe bought bikes online weeks ago and informed them we will be there on 8th JunenWe were there on that time but bikes were not.nBags did not fit bike and we bought New bags. We just kept them there just for our friend may use it. We then returned and requested bags and we saw that we hadnt paid pedals. Did you sell us pedals? Did you ask us about pedal choice ? NO. You sold us non water proof phone halder for a fortune. And still you requested the money when we returned not when we first left. I asked about that . You said anything is ours.nYou were not organized you were not planned you were not pro Active. If any swede would buy a bike from Turkey he would not be treated like that. I dont know why such lack of emphaty. Pity. Just pity
Great sortiment of most regarding sport. Good selection of brands.
Very good shop, prices may be a little higher, but quality and service are worth paying a bit more. . Bought a bike from them three years ago, they have been excellent at servicing bike. As an older female cyclist I appreciate the service, since there are some stores that only cater to people with XY chromosomes. They carry top brands for camping gear, Sea to Summit and Osprey, they don't bother with cheap brands.
We had a Hamax Bicycle Trailer which needed to be repaired and the excellent team at the repair store gave us great service. After a bit of initial confusion, they sorted out the issue and contacted Hamax for the part and fixed the trailer without further delay. Thank you and we highly recommend them!
