We had a very bad experience today.nWe booked a kids birthday party at Laserdome.nI never faced with such a low organisational level. I would say no organisation at all. I, mom, needed to run and ask for everything, even to ask about where we need to wait for someone to come and pick us up.nNo engagement with the kids. After introduction we were preparing to play the game. I was with 8 kids and spelledare didn’t provide any help to fix vests for kids. It’s very strange and risky from the safety perspective!nAfter our 2 first games we went back to the birthday room.nNo food served, and I needed to ask for it 2 times. Hungry kids waited for a food 15 minutes in a room with no music, no interaction and no Laserdome personal.nWhen the staff came in, they put a huge pot with the hot boiled water on the table with the sausages and left it with kids with no adult surveillance. I’m so sorry, but what an irresponsible people are working at your place?nNoone helped kids to serve hotdogs, so I did it by myself with a friend.nI found out that part of the bread for the hotdogs have been hard and not fresh probably old and warmed up twice.nAs a final point, staff forgot to give present-godis for kids. They remembered it at 16:00 when our birthday party was over and almost everyone left.
It was a successful birthday party. Kids enjoyed themselves and the stuff was friendly. The pizza was good, ice cream was a bit soggy but other than that no complains.
Super fun to play! We went just 4 people and it was so much fun! Huge place, clean and very nice decoraded. Super recommended.
