Lavrys is created and led by Aris Giannakos since 2012. Aris is an interdisciplinary researcher, civil engineer, project developer and life coach.

Lavrys, the root word of “labyrinth”, is a specific double axe, sacred symbol of the Minoan empire.
It was created over 5000 years ago in Minoan-Cretan Greek mythology & philosophy. As a tool and weapon required to kill the Minotaur and escape from the labyrinth, it metaphorically symbolizes all physical and mental virtues needed in order to improve perception and break free through oneself's introspective mental process.
