The curriculum of the program includes courses in...
- Leadership in International Context, 15 hp, (compulsory) --- We like to call it "strategic leadership". In this course, taught by our Head of the Program Philippe Daudi, we learn and apply the major points of leading in a strategic way. The course consists of many case studies and is the favorite of the students almost every year.
- Leadership as Construction of Meaning 7,5 hp, (compulsory) --- Here you learn how to lead with the support of management of meaning. After this course you will make sense out of everything! A powerful tool for future leaders.
- Management Consulting and Change Management 7,5 hp --- This course is a whole big workshop with a variety of guest lecturers and practical approaches. Over Project Management and Change Management you might find the right angle for your own Management Consulting future.
- Elective course, 7,5 hp --- Could be in "Intercultural Communication". The benefit with this course is, that it is adapted to the students needs.
- Degree Project and Project Management 22,5 hp, (compulsory) --- Here you get to go wild. Write your thesis work and enter your future as leader.
