Two weeks ago we came with severe symptoms of scarlet fever. We didn't know about such a disease then. We had so many questions, but the doctor told us to calm down, that it will pass in a couple of days, so we can give Alvedon and ice cream. Now I am also infected myself and have a second child. A friend told me about this disease and that it should be treated with antibiotics. You have to pay SEK 300 for a visit so that the doctor tells you to eat ice cream. Who are these doctors? A passerby on the street can help more than this institution.

I was here because of a urinary tract infection and I have to say that the staff was very friendly! I presented my German health card and my identity card and after taking the data and giving the sample, it took about 10 minutes until a nurse brought me into the treatment room. I was treated friendly and professionally at all times. After the treatment, the nurse even showed us the pharmacy on Google Maps so that I could get my medication there. So I can highly recommend this practice!!!
Worst fucking treatment I have ever received in healthcare, come in with suspected concussion, not one person in the waiting room and no one comes to see me for that hour, and no doctor comes to the room.nnWhat the assistant nurse was most concerned about was whether I had a free card or high payment protection or whatever it was called.nnImagine if she wondered how things had actually been with me and made sure that I received care and help.
Came into the emergency room as I've had problems with my ear, filled in the form and sat down to wait, had to come in 2 hours later to a very unpleasant nurse who said she couldn't help me with what I had filled in on the form because they don't do that on duty. 2 hours waiting for a 30 second long and unpleasant visitnThink it could have been on the form instead of me wasting my time.nn0/10 happy to avoid this place in the future.
