My new favourite Lidl in Göteborg for one primary reason: Self service tills! Also, the layout is spacious and the store is generally tidy with offers usually stocked and easily noticeable.

Extremely rude person at the cashier! I wanted to return a product and he started shouting at me that I could not return it because I had entered their shop with that product even if I had the receipt and that I had bought from another Lidl branch in Göteborg so according to his made-up rule, I could not return it in their branch. Complete nonsense! After making a scene with his horrible behavior, he had to make the return happen after supervisor taught him how to do it! I wanted to buy another item but seeing this behvaiour I decided not to do it and just left. Never been treated so disrespectfully in any shop in Sweden.

Bad customer service ever I have seen. Before going to Lidl I bought groceries from nearby shoporient house eggs, coriander leaves and cabbage which I kept in a bag. While billing at LIDL they accused me of stealing a cabbage. I asked them to check the video footage as well. the person at the billing counter trying to scan the egg pack which I bought from other store.otherwise Please provide lockers so that customers can keep their personal before shopping. I shopped for around 400 kronas. What is the need for me to steal a cabbage? Why the billing person was not ready to check the video footage. What if someone didn't take the bill from the previous shop.dont you guys know that you don't have coriander leave in your store at all.
