There was not proper response at the counter from the staff , when we inquired about the product regarding clarification of the cost ,we are not satisfied with the service
Swedish Lidl has more organic and I believe better quality content than some other Lidls. I like that it sells basics at a lower price. Plus there is always something you didn't know you needed in the store somewhere.
I can't say I am biggest fan of those stores, there is always problem with staff, at checkout...nBut it does happen that they have interesting products and promotions.nI wish care for the customer would be increased. I am yet to see open more than 1-2 checkouts and let's not forget that they always have many.
Severly understaffed.nHighly stressed staff. They look burned out.nnPrices is never correct because the system in place is heavily flawed.nnLooking att other review sites staff is clearly misserable and 3 of them quit 2022 oktober because of Lidl dont care about stress and staff wellbeing.
Lidl Sweden doesn't have me convinced to buy groceries in their stores. The fresh produce is often of poor quality and the store has very limited options. You cannot find everything you need in the store. Personally when asking someone of the staff they are often rude by being more busy on the phone or they just walk away.
