It's an all right store located quite close to the green line metro which is very convenient. Fruit choices are a bit limited though and up until recently didn't have self-checkout possibilities. Space can feel a bit tight, but the prices are as always quite good.

It took 45 minutes to pay: it was hell.nnFirst there were some issue with the Kassa, but of course we weren't advised before wasting 25 minutes, only to have the Kassa closed in front of our eyes.nnSo I decided to go for self checkout: it was working properly, I was amazed, but at the end I choose not to print the receipt. Of course to exit the shop you have to scan the receipt ‍nWhy do you even show that option then??nnBut at least the staff was easy to contact albeit the sluggish processes

I love buying from Lidl Sveavägen, the problem is the parkour you need to do once you are inside, the things get fixed really slowly and the personnel.. let's say only 40% are kind and happy to work. But its fast to buy things to the new system of self kassan.

Low prices and good products. The bread section is especially nice for a discounter.nnSometimes they are out of basic products, especially vegetables, and the lines are often long because they don't open enough cashiers.
