I forgot my smartphone in the self service desk and the staff saw, but did nothing. I came back and another customer had taken it. It was my fault, but it would have been nice if he had saved it. Now I have to buy a new one.

I've been here a few times now, and I have always had a good experience. The prices here are pretty good quality is what you would expect, and I love being able to self-service my haul at the end, which they have unfortunately discontinued in other countries.
