A really cozy and at the same time elegant restaurant with chill music. The lady that took our order was really attentive, friendly and polite. I think it's a really nice touch that on the menu they recommend you which wine would fit with the meal that you are going to have. Both dishes we had were a perfect blend of flavors, beautifully presented . I think it's a perfect spot for a romantic date or if you want a quiet spot to eat.
Worst service of my life. The waitress young blonde lady was so extremely rude. The sauce was very salty and the meat was dry. I am in Mora for the Vasaloppet training program, hopefully I can find a nicer establishment to dine in.
For my girlfriend and I, it was one of the best Restaurant we have tried in our life. If you are in Mora, we recommand you this Restaurant at 100%.nnThe service was perfect and kindfull.nnIt's a little bit expensive for student like us. In fact, the average price is between 20-30€/pers. Just for the main courses. But, it deserve it.
From reading the other reviews, I would have thought I was in a totally different restaurant.nThe service was okay, nothing special. I felt like I intimidated the staff, which is a vibe I get sometimes being a foreigner. The atmosphere was fine. Nice place with pleasant music playing in the background.nI ordered the chicken filet with root veggies and a wine reduction sauce, which is a common dish in the part of Sweden. The presentation was lovely. However, the chicken was dry to the point of being chewy. It was over salted by a lot. I suspect the chicken had been sitting in the wine sauce in the warmer for hours, it dried out, and the sauce condensed to be overly salty. The veggies were okay, but they didn’t seem fresh cooked. The food was warm, not hot. As we say in the states, the kitchen was phoning it in.nThere aren’t a lot of places to eat in Mora, so I figured it was better to choke down one bad meal and not go hungry.
Friendly service, clean and nice surroundings. Good food with a new menu each day. Kids menu available.
