Kind. Caring. Listens. Supportive. Simply AMAZING! While visiting Santa Barbara, I contacted Linnea for a massage. She was not available at the time, but when I explained to her my pain levels and why I would like a massage, she tried to contact other therapists in the area and stayed in constant contact with me. She would text me and ask how I was feeling if I had found somebody else, etc., even before I was a client of hers. I decided that she was the person that I needed to choose as my massage therapist. I am so glad that I chose her. She addressed my pain with a kindness and heartwarming sincerity that one rarely experiences when they meet someone for the first time. She made me feel like family. She also recommended things to do in the area, places to eat, and really made me feel welcomed in Santa Barbara. If you're ever in Santa Barbara, and need a massage or would like to relax, spend some time with Linnea, you won't regret it.
I saw Linnea today and she was truly amazing. As someone who has chronic pain, I get a massage quite often. I will tell you, today was the best massage I have ever had! Linnea is a truly skilled Massage Therapist who LISTENS. She actually listened to me and then followed with treatment based on our conversation. My only complaint is that I live in Wisconsin and I have to wait to see her again. She is more than well worth the trip. Go see her and you will not be disappointed.
I fell very lucky to have connected with Linnea. My mothers were throwing me a bachelorette weekend in Los Olivos and wanted to include a day of massages. Luckily I had saved Linnea's information months before and asked if she could drive out for the occasion. As perfect as that weekend was, it wouldn't have been the same without her. Her energy and technique were beyond anything that any of us had ever experienced before. She listens intently and addresses any pain or discomfort. Her linens were so soft...her music soothing...and the massage oil smelled incredible. I couldn't say enough about her...she is rare amongst the typical massage therapists these days. I am really looking forward to visiting her in her studio for my next appointment. Thank you Linnea!!
Sometimes what I need is to let someone else nurture, pamper and care for me so I can drop in and do the deeper self-healing work. I just had a wonderful massage last week with Linnea in her serene downtown Santa Barbara studio and I left feeling very refreshed and re-set. Her touch is very intuitive and rhythmic allowing the client to drop into a state of deep relaxation. Highly recommended!
