Fantastic shop with beautiful furniture. So good that older furniture is taken care of and restored to top condition. It's about time. Helpful staff does not make the experience worse.

Absolutely fantastic furniture and I myself had thought of buying both a kitchen table and some lamps. But frankly speaking, here you should really work with customer service. It doesn't take much for a customer to feel seen. We were in the store for about 30 minutes, but none of the three who worked bothered to squeeze out the little word hello, or after a while ask if you need help. Especially when it's obvious that the customer is standing and looking at things that you can't even reach. There weren't even many people in the store to excuse yourself with.nThe only look I got was from the older woman who gave a troubled look that you were mostly gone.nMy partner also said hello but was only met with a stare in response.nSo no, I drive my 10 miles home again and continue looking for what I'm looking for elsewhere. Available elsewhere, even if you have to look a little more.nAnd the owner can once again write a defense speech on this recent complaint that they do not chase customers. But it's not about that. It's about basic social skills and customer service that are unfortunately lacking here.

Totally agree went in once and very bad treatment have not wanted to go in there again because of that
