Coolest pharmacy I've been to, the people who work there don't seem to understand Swedish and that's tragic. How can you hire people who don't understand what you are saying? last time i went there.
The worst crockery I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. We stood for 45 minutes waiting to pick up prescriptions and during that time the woman behind the counter helped two people. I have never experienced anything like this. She spelled out people's medicine out loud so that it could be heard throughout the room and went up to the till to give advice to a customer without being aware of the situation at all. In a call to a doctor, she also complained that she had several customers waiting. Choose another pharmacy in the future - I will go to Norrtälje instead.
Really distressing how one of the staff stood and shouted both at and about customers and his colleague because a man wanted to trade with cash. The colleague at the checkout greeted the rest of us customers in a fantastic way despite his gaping colleague. The star is for the employee who went out of his way to help
