I went here on Wednesday afternoon and was helped by such a wonderful pharmacist. I unfortunately can’t remember her name but I do recall that her badge said butikchef. She was so kind and helpful. She explained the dosage for my dogs medication to clearly to me in English and climbed up and down a ladder to get different bandages more than once and even asked what colour I would prefer! Even during these tiring stressful corona times she was positive and friendly
Very professional staff. They answered all my questions and were patient with me. Definitely recommend : thank you for the amazing service

I ordered and paid for prescription medication to be picked up and received both a text message and an email saying it was ready to be picked up. When I go there, I get a message that they haven't received the order - and I can't get my medication.nnThey call customer service and say it's a system error. The medication has already been paid for and is therefore locked in the system, meaning it can't be dispensed until the error is fixed.nnIt's also the weekend, and the staff on site weren't particularly solution-oriented or willing to try to find an alternative solution. The result is that both my son and I are without our medication, and no one seems to be able or willing to help.
Very nice service, received help and advice before my purchase.
