Our Yuki had an awn/foxtail in his paw. We called and got an appointment for an hour after our call. Our veterinarian was Dr. Filippa Nilsson. She gave Yuki local anesthesia and flushed the awn out. She's a great vet and very very kind. Yuki's paw is healing well. Thank you so much and lovely greetings from Luxembourg!
I recommended this warm-small animal clinic for everyone. They provide friendly environments and professional care for the animal. My dog has castration with the veterinarian, Kristina. She's wonderful. All staffs are welcome and amazingly friendly.nThey send us long detailed messages after operation. I'm so glad to know this place. Keep your momentum and well done.
There are no words that can describe the warmth and care we were met with today.nnWe came in with our beloved kitten Nala, worried and sad, but from the first moment we felt safe. Jennie welcomed us with such warmth and calm that it felt like we were already in the best hands. Her pedagogical approach and care for both Nala and us were impressive.nnThen came Malin, who with the same confidence and professionalism provided pain relief and X-rayed Nala. She was so calm and gentle that it rubbed off on all of us.nnThen came Maria who really made us feel that we were not alone in this. She made sure that Nala got the care she needed and guided us all the way. The security she gave us is priceless.nnThis clinic doesn't do it for the money - they do it for the animals. Grateful for the help we received from the vet Felicia. Friendly, knowledgeable and very nice to our dog. Very nice treatment from other staff and quickly got an appointment, both for check-up and surgery. Will definitely be back!
An absolutely fantastic veterinary clinic that provides great security and expertise. Have been in contact with them several times and have received familiar expertise every time! The service is humble and warm, they take the time to listen to both owners and animals! This is a veterinary clinic that will follow us through life, for sure!
