We brought our cat in today and Jenny did a very thorough check on him, listened very carefully when we described the situation and was very reassuring with the next steps of the treatment. The past weeks I had to take my cat multiple times to the vet, but today was the first time I felt that the vet really cares about his/her patients. It makes me so happy to see vets so passionate of their job! Thank you so much, I will recommend her to anyone in the future

Great vet place, they are friendly and respectful, and give good confidence in their recommendations and treatment. It always feels my cat is safe with them. I am docking one star because they are not so great with calling back when agreed/requested, I usually have to call again and remind them we were supposed to talk.

Staff is really great and skilled, there were no worries with treatment at all. I cant give full scores however due to how expensive animal treatment is in Sweden in general. But its worth it for the pets you love.

Left my cat at 10am for a one hour appointment and when I got there they told me he would be finished at 4-6pm. At 20:00 I still haven’t got a call and you can’t call them either this late too. So had to drive there and they STILL had not done anything and told me it could take until 22:00!! Maybe it’s just a fluke but I would never recommend any friend to go here period

It should have zero stars. Very bad hospital. Many veterinarians in charge and they don't even read the journal before checking the pet. I didn't get any value of all the blood tests so I didn't know how critical was the status of my cat. They sent my cat home and just suggested to make him eat when he was literally dying , losing dramatically weight and suffering with kidney failure. Every time that I asked for the blood tests to see them they just said that they had to be review first by the veterinarians. Very cruel and incompetent hospital. No recommended at all.
