I am very pleased with my recent visit there. Although I had no prior booking, and it was before the Christmas holidays, 'Maggie' at the front-desk helped a lot in securing a doctor's timeslot, against another canceled booking. It is because of her that I could see the doctor within a short period. The doctor and the assistant doctors are also very kind, professional and soft-spoken.
I have a very good experience with my light therapy treatment with them. Nancy is very kind, supportive and caring. She always check on the details. Excellent service with a heart. Thank you for your help in my long psoriasis and lichen ruben planus healing journey.
Very bad experience regarding both treatments and even intimation of appointments. Went with a referral regarding allergies but they were not ready to do any tests they wanted to give medicine directly and see if that works and continue medicine life long.nnNever received any kind of intimation regarding follow up no mail, no letters, no messages, nothing in kivra. Still got fine for not appearing. They claimed that they had send both message and kivra. The lady was saying its some settings in my mobile that i dint receive messages through kivra and sms and even 1177. While i am receiving all other messages.nnReally unsatisfied with both treatment and services.
Good doctors and experienced dermotologists.nAnother comment is that doctors are not prompt with their reserved time as they can be late up to 25 minutes before they meet you but not a problem tsking into account of the professional treatment.
Very good experience, Dr Hassan Killasli examined me and diagnosed my skin problem that has plagued me for almost 30 years. Offered me different treatment options, and the suggested option worked right away. My skin has not felt so good since childhood. Have had no problems with making appointments, getting the perscriptions I need and more. Would recommend, but need referal from vårdcentralen to get appointment.
