My children have been attending school there for 4 years and are thriving there. I have no experience in other international schools but I can compare with mainland schools/colleges and I am very satisfied with LFSL.
Recommend the school I've learned A LOT but it's mentally demanding...
Best school in the universe, the teachers are very friendly and understanding and above all it's where I made my best friends and the course is huge. And even the location is not that bad because you and your friends can go swimming after classes. I highly recommend it to you
Bad school as I went to it myself, the students are incredibly nice and well-mannered, however, the teachers are not, too strict and many who work there are too. The school also has a lot of financial problems. The teachers gave me extreme anxiety and I did not dare to stand up for myself. You also get detention for nothing, for example, if you are late three times you get detention for an hour and you finish very late compared to other Swedish schools between 4-5pm. You don't learn much Swedish either.
Worst school as well, been there all my life now and you don't know how it managed to be so bad, they hand out detentions for no reason and you're not even allowed to have the phone in the school yard for no reason. Plus they have financial problems so they cancel a lot of trips and the principal's own son was not allowed to stay at school because he smoked etc. so if you want your children to know French only and not Spanish, welcome to this pile of shit;-
