Unless you're completely inept, the course is suitable for almost everyone. It does, however, require a passion for woodworking, woodworking techniques, and seeing results. Katrin and Markus ensure you experience this. He, a skilled and talented instructor, and Katrin, the helpful and administrative expert behind the scenes, are both warm and welcoming hosts who are living their Swedish dream and demonstrating that with the right goals and plenty of energy, you can achieve great things. And then there's Lakene, for me one of the most beautiful places on earth, which truly grounds me and allows me to unwind.

I'm now on my way back from Katrin and Markus's and I'm starting to feel a bit melancholic. I had an unforgettable, incredibly wonderful, and educational week with them! Markus guides you through the log cabin course with an incredibly kind, approachable, and patient manner. He addresses all questions and uncertainties, explains everything, and guides you through the course, so that you leave at the end of the week with immeasurable added value. Besides the fascinating insights and experiences in log cabin construction, Katrin provides incredibly delicious food, and most importantly: all of this takes place in an extremely friendly, family-like, and pleasant atmosphere.nnThe week flew by! The house and the surrounding area are located on a stunningly beautiful lake! I can only recommend that everyone have this experience with this family! I will definitely be back!!!

It was not only an interesting week, but also a very enjoyable one. Katrin and Markus's hospitality, the delicious home-cooked meals, and the many pleasant conversations in the evening rounded off the week perfectly. I was particularly impressed by Markus, as building log cabins isn't just a job for him, but truly a calling. You can feel that in every moment of the course.
