Quite ok, most of it can be found in food stores, Lidl, Willys, Coop and Ica. I miss the old coffee shop and the health food, though, they disappeared because of Sigtuna municipality, which wasn't great either...
It's quite ok, it's been worse and it can only get better :nSeems to be changes afoot.
