Malmö Centralstation

Amazing railway station, very clean with a big variety of shops, modern, flooded with light, numerous speedy connections to Copenhagen via the Öresundståg and SJ connections to Stockholm and great link to the local bus network

The train line between Malmö and Copenhagen was under service when we were headed back to CPH from Stockholm, so had to change here to ride the substitute bus. The station is nice with modern amenities, easy to navigate. We weren't sure where the bus was since it wasn't a regular line bus and staff were helpful in getting us to the loading area. The line for the airport bus was pretty long, but we only waited 10 minutes.

Taking trains is a must when in Sweden to see the amazing architecture and train experience. Going there from Denmark was packed, but train back was so spacious and comfortable. Nice, clean, efficient, and a lot of food options! I had made a pasta salad from a salad bar vegetarian and the options were abundant. Just be sure to go early to navigate to the right platform. The station is very beautiful though.

Nice setup as a central station. While not abundant, there are shops that will fulfill your needs.nnEasy access to city buses.nnThere was a bit of a surprise for, the announcement board wasn't accurate even when the train was already parked there.
