I go out of my way to stop by every time I’m in Malmö. Truly special, wonderful place; it’s a treasure.nnEverything about the complex is beautiful, focused: a carefully curated exhibition; a planned craft room; a beautiful cafe with a super cozy courtyard that lets the sun in for most of the day!nnIt’s free to attend. Every exhibition I’ve seen here is focused, intent; they are curated, multidisciplinary, modernist and contemporary art pieces that explores performance, minimalism, sound, motion; almost always from an artist with a strong connection to Sweden.nnI’ve learned so much about my own work and taste attending exhibitions here.Book selection in their store is expansive and worth visiting in its own right.
The spacious exhibition room is incredibly versatile and with every new exhibition, I am surprised at how much the room can change. You can enter at no cost, their exhibitions are always interesting, and the people working here at least, the ones I've interacted with are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions regarding the current exhibition.
Interesting art venue with a varied selection of exhibits. This year it is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Free of charge.

Free museum. Great contrmporary art exhibit. Excellent worshop space for children with painting, watercolours, drawing and construction stations for them.
