8 days have passed since the order. The goods were in stock, I received a delivery confirmation where they refer to a link. The link is not included in the email. I have tried to contact customer service but have not received a response for 6 days. The last time I ordered I did not have time to pick up the package because I was away. I asked them to send the package again, they said they would do it. 1 month later they said they would not send the goods and I will not get any money back because the return handling cost more, about 150 SEK.nnFeels like a fraudulent company.nnUpdate 2025-08-26nA little over a month later I still have trouble with my order. They cannot deliver parts of my delivery and they have promised to remove this part from Klarna 14 days ago. They blame each other within the company, promise compensation but everything just stands still. Never ever experienced such a crappy treatment. Too bad you can't give 0 stars.nnUpdate 2025-09-17n67 days after I placed my order, the payment information on Klarna is updated. They remove the amount for the item that could not be delivered. However, they keep the shipping fee as they promised to remove it among the many conversations I have had with them. Delivery came in a letter in the mail with a stamp on it and they still think it's worth charging 79kr in fee for it... sighnnI do not recommend anyone from the bottom of my heart to expose themselves to this misery.
Yes, what can you say about Marinshopen. Unfortunately, I feel that their website is not that good. Order a part and get a message after a few days that the part has been discontinued.
