Returning customer. Happy with the service, the product and the prices.nThis time around they handled a product return due to a faulty product manufacturing error outside of Maskinklippets control. I contacted them, they were very quick in their reply and immediately opened up for a return package. After a couple of days they contacted me and said a replacement product would be send. The day after I had it in my hands.nVery happy with the treatment and will return next time I need a product from their line.
Got som gaskets for Briggs. Fast delivery. Correct part for my engine.
Bad retrun policy. Will cost you 4 times as much to return something you brought than you paid to get it shipped to you. Avoid!

Stiga Robotic Lawn Mower...nnHave bought a Stiga Robotic lawnmower that I have complained about from day one and wanted to exchange for another mower. The company refuses to take back the mower when it is used, how else will you know if it works or not? They have offered to look at or fix the mower but now I don't think the mower is at fault but my garden is too complicated for it to handle. If it turns out that nothing is wrong, I have to pay the costs. Have also contacted Stiga but they only refer back to the dealer, this is a pure joke! Below it is stopped against the drying wind, one of all the hundreds of stops I had this summer.
