The meat is unfit for human consumption. It smells bad and is not fresh. The staff is not understanding. As of today 2/04, I have thrown away 3.176 grams of meat.
I am very dissatisfied with the treatment from the staff at the checkout. I bought an item that had expired three weeks ago, but was not allowed to return it. It feels like very poor service.
I have shopped here often before as I live nearby, but after today's visit I will not be returning. The treatment from the staff at the checkout the girls was unpleasant and completely lacking in service. Unfortunately, the meat department does not maintain a good standard – the meat has had a bad smell on several occasions, and I have noticed that they mix new and old meat. I cannot therefore recommend buying meat here. In addition, the staff at the meat counter, especially a younger man, have repeatedly behaved unpleasantly.
I live nearby and shopped with you often, it's a shame that the cashier staff is so rude, doesn't greet you, looks mean and yells at each other!! Ugh, it's a shame that you hire the wrong people like Mona and another girl at the cashier!!
I've shopped several times but unfortunately I've been equally disappointed. I bought a nut roll that smelled bad as soon as I opened it, so I went straight to the soups. I bought chicken that wouldn't cook despite many hours of slow cooking. I bought minced meat that tasted like a matrix for me.
