Max Burgers

The staff marks order as completed but when asked they just asked us to wait for almost 20mins.nI don’t understand why they do it that way..!!

Slow staff. Food takes ages! Even simple orders like 3 cheeseburgers. Took 26 minutes to get. What he hell...nnOh and of the 5 times I've been there I got the wrong orders 3 times.nnAnd when you pay extra for like cheese. You dont get it! I can't recommend this place. It's slow. Food is often dry and cold.

The majority like at least 80% of the times of the times I've been here, something has been wrong with my order. All from missing fries to things missing on the burgers and no burger at all. Not to mention the long waits for both the order and the missing products. At least the staff is nice to the customers and the food tastes really good. So, in conclusion, if you take the drive through or order to take the food with you, always double check your order before leaving.

Waited for 30 minutes for my order only to get a completely wrong one. On top of that, the burgers and fries were stone cold aswell. Wouldnt complain too much but they have given me a bacon burger when i didnt order one because i dont eat pork and instead of coffee i got orange juice. Couldnt recommend it less, avoid it unless you want food poisoning. Just go to a McDonalds.

Poor service, 25 minutes to receive our sandwiches, missing towels and impossibile to complete the self cleaning, garbage bins was full same as the tables around. Enough personal to clarify everything but most of them was looking confused. Shame on them.
