I was the first customer of the day. Very quiet at 10 am. This was my first experience with Max and it was not bad at all. Not as tasty as other traditional fast food places, but the food was warm and the fries crispy. Four stars for this visit.
After so many months of waiting, finally the Max at the airport is open. This Max, unlike all the others I have been to, was egregiously slow. Disorganized and employees clearly frustrated and not service-minded. However, sitting area is quite big. Couple of self ordering machines, yet not all were functional. I gave them 4 stars because they have good hamburgers, yet many things have to be improved.
Arrived at landvetter 10:45, it is almost 11am one hour after supposedly being open and they are not open. Not enough staff in the place and as we asked the middle aged blonde Swedish worker if they are open; she simply responded with a sharp dismissive “no” no other info provided. Terrible customer service, and a shame to the Max name. Would never recommend this Max or come back.
WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE. The WORST Max ever. I ordered an Avocado Burger with fries and waited 27 minutes to get it.nnThe staff is completely incompetent, and worked extremely slow while 20 customers stood there waiting for their meals.nnWhen I took a bite of the burger it gushed some sort of liquid and the fries were ice cold.nnI returned the burger and fries and left hungry.nnSuch a shame because Max is usually good but this restaurant is ruining their brand.
Worst experience with max in the whole Sweden. Note the photo was taken right after takeout.nGot a grilled chicken salad, all the vegetables were so mushy. It clearly was from few days before, the chicken looked like it’s been chewed before and the taste was even worse. To top it all off, both soda machines were malfunctioning, gave me the worst cola with no fizz and frankly no water, all syrup. I will never buy food here again, very disappointed with my experience they all went to trash along with the reputation of Max!
