Honestly don't understand the majority of the reviews here. My experience is the total opposite.nnVisited twice last weekend. Both me and my kids gasped at how clean and fresh the restaurant looked upon entering. On both visits we ordered our burgers with modifications, as well as smoothies. They were on point and outstanding both times. Service was quick. One of the better Max restaurants I've visited, if not the best.
The tablet where I ordered had a sudden bluescreen, so I had to redo everything. The water at the sink of the toilet was scorching hot, so washing your hands was actually painful. The food was prepared very badly. It felt like the ingredients were tossed in a container, shaken and then served and somehow the sauce was still only on one side of the burger. The service was horrible. When I asked after 20 minutes where my food was, they said it's comming, even though it was already done and they didn't put up the number on the screen. Only after asking a second time it was suddenly there...nThe potato fries are probably the worst I've ever eaten.nFirst experience with Max Burgers and very likely the last one.
Great atmosphere on this modern Max restaurant close to the highway. Got drive-in as well and you can order in the Max Express app found in the appstore. Had to wait ten minutes for the food which might be more than McDonald's, but then you get a lot fresher and tastier food!
It gets worse en worse... Have to wait 18 minutes ... And i am the first order! Saddly this has happened 4 out of 5 times . Too much waiting
