First impression walking in was nothing like any other Max. It was messy, no staff on the floor, the recycling area full of trash. Broken chairs etc.nnOrdered two burgers, one with extra jalapeno - only to receive both burgers with WAY TOO MUVH jalapeno. My dad doesn't like spicy food so we had to remove all the jalapeno on his. I had about 20-30 jalapeno on mine. Such waste. And the burgers were so sloppy and messy.nnNo soap in restroom area.nnWhat a disgrace!!
I was there on January 26 at 7:00 p.m. Three staff were working. Even though there were not many customers, unfortunately due to how slowly the staff were working, all the customers were very unhappy about the long waiting time for their food. I waited for more than 25 minutes, and unfortunately my order, which was only two sandwiches, was still not ready. I asked for a refund, left the place, went to another restaurant, and I will never return there again.nWhat was very surprising was that in the order pick-up area there was a young man wearing a different-colored hat, which showed that he was a more senior employee and probably the shift leader. There was also a woman there who was loudly whistling and paying no attention to what was happening around her. The man, who was supposed to be the shift leader, seemed completely confused, as if it was his first day working at that location.nI have visited many branches of this restaurant in Sweden and Denmark, but honestly, I have never seen such inexperienced and unprofessional staff, especially in terms of behavior.
I’ve stopped here a few times because it’s convenient placed near the motorway. Service is fast but the food is often cold.
Good location, and food is good. I think Max has lost a bit of its former glory, if you can call it that,
My grandma picked up my Uber eats order here and needed help from the counter, the worker that worked there was rude to my grandma and refused to help hand out the order. Very rude service
