Max Burgers

Nice stop on the way.nnClean and very ambitious staff. Clean and spotless tables.nnThe food is though not really on a high level in general. Still very meat focused. Not much fresh greens and literally everything still goes through the deep fryer.nnI am still waiting for some healthy things, but maybe I’m not the main target group.nnBut still to the owners and staff: keep up the good work.

Not a bad fast food restaurant, food is bit dull with the spices, but good otherwise. Food was hot and was fresh.

Used to be better, I think Max has lost a bit of its former glory and have become more like McD unfortunately. Look how sloppy they put together the burger.

Unpleasant experience and attitude when ordering take-away at the counter yesterday evening. The shift leader may have had a bad day and was impatient when taking the order for my family which takes time. When reading my receipt waiting for the food I noted him about a missing meal and a discounted shake. He was then arguing that I had not paid attention to his verbal order confirmation which was very quick and hard to follow. It was not like I wanted the missing meal for free... A co-worker was listening and took the initiative to compensate me for the missing discount 15 SEK, which I appreciated as a customer. This resulted in the the team leader giving a verbal reprimand to the co-worker in front of me, my son and possible other guests. The burgers were fine, the fries take-away soft, but the shakes were unfortunately undrinkable with far too much syrup. Looking at the receipts today I felt I wasted my money with Max yesterday. I gave the Manager a call and can be compensated for the shakes...however he was not that interested in my main feedback about the attitude you expect as a customer and the behavior at a workplace.
