I recently visited this McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I’ve been to at least 7 countries where I order McDonalds and never had such many consecutive bad encounters with staff in the exact same location. Got yelled by the manager!! I order online way before I arrived there and somehow I created a the problem with the queue NOT my problem that they have bad time system management, happened twice!!. I stopped going here after 3 consecutive bad encounters. If you have a vehicle drive to the one in Västra Frolunda way better staff and experience.
Friendly staff. Not very clean restaurant. The sink in the bathroom was out of order. Ordering would have been easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Ordered to table through app through. I had to wait a somewhat long time for the food to arrive at the table. Delivery to table doesn’t include napkins. I don’t know why they think someone can consume their products without the use of a napkin. Got two straws though. The food tasted all right but was luke warm. The fries was bordering being cold. Not too much ice in the drink. The price was right as I used a Birthday voucher.
Waiting for food 15-20minutes-doesnt sound like “fastfood”. Trash everywhere.
Always so crowded, specially drive-in.nThe food is same as others.nStaff are good and try to be helpful
