We waited in the morning for 20 mins for. 2 mighty muffin, cappuccino and latte. There were almost no people inside. 3 bums were hanging out in the dining area. Received black coffee instead of latte. Asked for sugar - the crew told us that there is no sugar. Terrible for such a price.
I’ve had repeated issues with orders from this McDonald’s branch when ordering through Foodora. The packaging is consistently poor—burgers and wraps are not wrapped properly, and ingredients like lettuce and tomato are often falling out or messily thrown in. This shows a lack of care in preparation and presentation.nnI’ve attached a photo as just one example, but unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue—it happens with nearly every order. It’s disappointing and not what I expect from a well-known brand like McDonald’s. I really hope the management takes this seriously and improves the quality control for delivery orders.
Accidentally hit the pay-at-desk option. Went up and got yelled at by the employee for asking to pay for the order. Great experience 10/10 customer service right there. Truly appreciated that as i was doing the one thing I thought businesses liked - handing them money.
Hours after having a cheeseburger and fries I started feeling bad. I ate nothing else after that and I suffered food poisoning all night and all the next day. Please check your kitchen. I ordered a few minutes before 13:00 on the 3d of August.
I didn't visit McDonald's yesterday. Unless someone had my phone in their pocket and walked in there and then slipped it back to me. However, been there before. Food is alright, service ok, atmosphere is dog.
