Food was good.nThe floor was sticky, it smelled weird, the speakers sucked could'nt do base and just made weird sound, and it could've been more clean.nnThe service was good tho, talking how the staff treated us. We had some issues but they were quick and helpful to assist us.
The service at this Mc is very rude and very bad, a blonde girl with glasses who is a little skinny who works at Mc, answers very ugly and throws away the food when she serves it and I have seen that she treats the people at Uber and her colleagues very ugly. He gets angry and yells at them. I will never return to this Mc.
Impossible to get a receipt, we tried two machines and they were both broken. The floor and tables were dirty. The speakers that are supposed to play music were broken, playing some scratching sound instead. They also didn't put any salt on our fries.
This is not the first time I am unhappy with this place! For the first time when I visited there were very noisy children, the workers did nothing about it. Dirty. Today we ordered the breakfast menu + regular menu. When placing the order, they said that they would not be able to make breakfast because they had an error in their computer and asked to order something else. We ordered a Happy Meal and were told that they would serve the same thing as the previous one, but a different burger. As a result, we were not given a gift for the Happy Meal, a straw for the drink they usually give it out and they gave us another tea! The potatoes were not salty and cold.
Service for sure could be better. Accidentally I ordered to eat-in as the app is only in Swedish and I asked if they can put it in a bag so I can take it with me. She consisted that I ordered to „eat-in“ and therefore she just placed the food on the tablet…. Happened to other McDonald’s from time to time and never it was an issue to put everything in a bag even if it has been on the tablet before….nnAnother thing I don‘t like: if you stay there you have to pay to use the toilet :-O
