always a problem with the order always something missing. but today the problem jumped to a new level, ordering large fries I got medium, ordering double sandwiches I got regular. the sandwiches were wrapped so carelessly they looked like someone had already eaten them once.
It tastes just like any other McDonald. But one time I ordered take away and they missed a chicken burger. This time I ordered two kids meal, and they missed one milk. And give us apples instead of carrot. I think the stuff is not well trained.
The fries i got was almost empty and the staff are not helpful when you tell them about the problem! i never go back there. Worst McDonald's ever
when the cash register is present, they do not have a rack to accept the order, when I went to exchange money, I asked to save the order so as not to lose my reward for points. The order was not saved, the mood is spoiled, eat your own burgers with such service, besides, you are often dirty!
The fries was not fully done or old, the were cold. Went to get them replaced vut ended up arguing with one of them who told me that I picked them up long ago. In reality it was picked up 1-2 minutes prior to going back.. to be honest the issue was having to argue over some fries, trying to convince him that We should’ve gotten new fries.. low cost for them to take over a dissapointed customer..nn// a person who workes in Customer Care..
