Very dissapointing. The icecream was ok, but this was the filthiest McDonalds I have seen EVER. Garbage everywhere, and noone busy cleaning in sight.
Friendly staff. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Food was delivered at table with out too much of a wait. Very filthy and not very clean restaurant. Food didn’t taste just right. Fries were soggy and Coca Cola was served with almost no ice.

I’m here and I’ve ordered a McFlurry icecream. They served it WITH A FORK! Like really?! How do you expect people to eat an icecream with a freakin fork that’s too sharp that even hurts to lick? So their excuse was “we ran out of spoons”. I wonder who’s the manager who “solved” the problem by using forks?! Come on guys!! Use some common sense, or at least warn customers about the “spoon situation” in advance. How annoying this poor management.
I recently visited the McDonald's in Norra Fäladen and was extremely disappointed with the coffee. Despite having a McCafé and a seemingly high-quality machine, the coffee is consistently bad. I’ve even raised the issue with their head office, but it hasn’t improved. My latest visit was after a late shift—I got a coffee for the drive home, and it was so poor I couldn’t finish it.nnThe condition of the toilets at Norra Fäladen is also concerning. They appear not to have been cleaned properly in a while, the seats are damaged, and there is a noticeable odor.nnI know not all McDonald’s are this way: I frequently buy vanilla or caramel-flavored coffee at the Midhem branch on my way to work, and it’s always great. Another positive example is the location in Ystad, which is spotlessly clean with excellent service.nnNorra Fäladen, please take note: you’ve got some catching up to do to match the standards of your sister branches.
