I ordered cheesburger with extra pickles, but they didn’t add any of them. The drink was 90% of ice and 10% of drink.
The frequency of getting orders wrong is pretty amazingly high. Forgetting to put bacon on a breakfast sandwich or just plain serving the wrong thing. Construction of the sandwiches is often super sloppy.nnBut the fries. Holy moly the fries. Do you cut them and just show them a picture of a fryer? I could probably plant them in the garden and grow a new batch of potatoes.nnHow can you consistently get the simple process’ so wrong?nnHonestly the biggest joke of a McDonald’s I have ever seen. It’s a complete s-show. I’m surprised the company hasn’t wiped the management out.nnOh yes and as others said, after wading through the trash around the place, don’t have any hopes of using the toilet unless you have a strong stomach and can tolerate the smell and the disgusting state of the place. Really sets you up to enjoy a meal.
Only one of the four ordering machines works: two were off and the other kept resetting when you touched it, and the one that did work didn’t even print your number, so you didn’t know when your order was ready. On top of that, they are quite slow preparing the orders: I ordered 4 spicy chicken McNuggets and it took a while. And last time a came it took them over 10 minutes to prepare a coffee. There is a lot of staff but they move at a snails pace and look aloof, causing both line ups at the drive-thru and restaurant. Frankly, McDonalds HQ needs to step in and fix this place as it is obviously not well run. At least the food was warm and good, so they got that right.
