Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered ahead through the app: 2 Happy Meals, adult burgers, fries, and 2 coffees. When we got our order and sat down to check it, we noticed one Happy Meal and both coffees were missing — despite the receipt saying everything was delivered.nnWhen we went to the counter to sort it out, the staff were extremely rude, didn’t smile, didn’t apologize — just threw the missing items on the counter with a face like it was our fault. Not a single word of apology.nnThis level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I will never come back to this place and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. Shameful.

How is it possible to mess up an order every single time when i order through foodora or wolt? Always something missing like a whole menu and order takes forever to prepare. Haven't visited the place but i imagine it must be geriatric staff
