McDonald's Mellbystrand

Friendly staff. Nice modern and somewhat clean restaurant. Ordering would have been easy on one of their many self serve kiosks however ordered to table through app. Food was delivered fairly quickly. Fries were nice and hot. Burger tasted fine. They also remembered to add napkins to the order.

It was a very bad experience: Chaos, bad smell all over the place, dirty, freshness doubtful and the drink Coke zero plain disgusting. The staff seemed to be icerstrained by the work.nnBeware of that place!nI love eating at McDonalds- but this was really far below standard.

I’m waiting now over 32 minutes for my food and still haven’t received my food??!?!?!?!nThis is unacceptable. If I haven’t paid for the food I would have left earlier.nThis McDonalds is not organized at all and not enough people. A lot of burgers/muffins have been produced and just lying and waiting to be eaten.nThis is not fast food!!!
