Honestly. I need to change my review from bad to worse after this SECOND TIME experience at this place. It is the closest mcdonalds to us but I would rather go into Berga and take my coffee there BECAUSE IT IS FASTER.nnToday 2026.04.24 at 8.40 I came to get my morning coffee waited FIFTEEN minutes at the drive through, trying to give them a chance.. I even started Honking the horn to make them acknowledge there were SEVERAL cars in the DT line. We got no acknowledgement from them and all. SIX cars came and waited and left the drive-thru line and I still got NOTHING from the line. Not even static. I wanna be the nice person, but meanwhile I gave it more time than I had to wait in queue, people walked out of the inside with their food too.nnAnd it was the same the other day. 2026.04.19 08.49,nnI waited in the line behind another car, also just idling, for a full 10 minutes, Before I abandonned the idea all together and left to get my morning coffee at the gas station next door...nnOnce may be an accident or incident, but TWICE!? It is a patter to be waiting way too long for one coffee and a mctoast... when you know you're first in line or almost alone in it, 30 minutes for it, and 10 of those are just waiting to give my order? That should NOT be happening.nnBut yes. Sometimes it's better. Makes me wondernWho is working these hours when things simply does not happen on time!? .nnI won't be going back. I will take my order at the one further away even though it is a detour into town... because it is STILL FASTER than waiting at this one!
The food is great, of course, but unfortunately we couldn’t find a clean table. Could the manager please make sure that clean tables are available? Or perhaps provide some equipment so I can clean it myself.nnAlso, it would be nice if there was an indoor playground for the kids.
All tables are very dirty. Bins are full and I would not eat my food here again.
My order was 373 SEK and I wanted to pay in cash and had only 500 SEK notes. Staff worker refused to take my money and advised me to change somewhere. They didn't try to check my money because don't know how to do this.
