MD Park

I had really positive experience with MD park.nEverything went well, though the instructions about the parking were not crystal clear from the beginning. Very professionally run bunch, who take care of you and your car well enough.nThe car was parked in a garage, that's an additional bonus. The pick up from the airport was no non-sense business. Certainly recommended

Super service I highly recommend them I park the car on close and gate protected underground parking they come even earlier to the airport to pick us up and let us on the parking where we hade park the car definitely I will choose them every time when we fly from Arlanda

Do NOT book with MD Park!nnExtremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude, inconsiderate, and aggressive, even raising their voices and shouting at customers.nnWe had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up at the terminal, despite calling twice to ask where they were. We were told, “We’ll be there shortly, in 2 minutes.” After another 15 minutes, we called a third time, but they stopped answering our calls.nnWhen they finally arrived at the terminal, the staff became aggressive and started shouting at us when we complained about the long wait — instead of apologizing for the inconvenience.nnThis was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A definite NO to MD Park in the future!

We waited for the buss more than 50 minutes and then there was no place for all of us. I do not recommend.

When arriving to the airport, we informed the company that we want to be picked up and we have a child with us. Even though on the way to airpot we did receive a chair for children, now both children chairs were broken.nThe driver was watching something on this phone movie all the way while driving. The phone was on his lap and he looked down constantly. Very dangerous driving, especially considering that the small kid had no chair and we were holding the baby in hands.
