So rude at that place! Just sneers at you when you ask what could be wrong. Seems like the guy I spoke to devalues women that they can't do anything or understand. Learn to change insurance companies so you don't have to leave the car there again when they're done if something happens again!!!

Had opinions about repairs after a collision, they agreed and it would take 1-2 hours to fix. When the whole morning had passed I tried to call. The answering machine said it was closed. Arranged a ride there in the afternoon. By then the car had been ready for several hours. They forgot to contact me.
