Avoid unless you only want regular oil change, filter change maintenance.nI took my car for electric tailgate problem and stone chip fix in windshield.nnStone chip fix was hardly acceptable, close to what you can do after watching some youtube videos.nTailgate problem was fixed after re-programming control module according to them which turned out to be wrong.nWill never go again.

I’ve been sending my cars for a few years to Mechanum Partille and will never switch mechanics . The entire staff are extremelynkind, friendly and customer oriented. I need to especially give a shout out to Jasmina - who is a jewel in the company and Sohail who is leading the team with extreme competence. Thank you also to everyone else who has helped throughout the years including Bilal and Azad.

This is a place for VW car service, I was their yester day and they said that we will contact you through email but they didn't do the same thing last year. They have no good customers service at all.

Low integrity company. Poorly managed, dishonest, fail to honor their commitments and disregard customer needs. Regret wasting my time and money on them.nnUpdate:nI contacted them again as they asked in their response to this message. They wasted a lot more of my time but made no effort to fix the problem or issue a refund. I’ve since managed to get all the problems resolved at another authorized VW dealership.nnThis is a grossly incompetent borderline criminal company. Don’t waste your time with them.

It's such a great place.nVery professional, I have previously thought that it's a bit cold, not very personal.nBut this time I went with a new car, and they remembered me and my old car.nMade me feel warm, and very welcome.
