I had an extremely good customer service experience! Nice staff and a phenomenal gym with very clean environment with tons of new equipment of many different varieties. I also like the gym hours - on week days they are open later - until 22:00 or 21:00 during summer time.nnI have not gone to the swimming pool, but if you are looking for a top tier gym, then this is it! I love how many options there are to choose from in terms of equipment with lots of new machines recently added as of June 2024. There's a place to stretch/warm up, tons of cardio machines treadmills, stair master, bicycle, rowing, elliptical machine, free weights, just about a machine for anything you can think of including the booty builder machine - my personal favorite!, and more :nnHighly recommend!
Water is very clean, with sooo many water activities with different water levels for all children. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is good with reasonable prices. You could see yourself and the children spending the while day there
Stay away unless you want infections! Within 15 days of regularly going, I had two really bad infections that required a cocktail of antibiotics among other things to clear up due to poor sanitary conditions in the locker rooms. I for once have cancelled my membership and will not be going to their pool ever again. Do yourself a favor, save your skin from breakouts and all the bacteria you'll catch here.
Great exercise pools there for sports with some family entertainment slides and jacuzzi.
