Small eye clinic, friendly staff, good doctors and normally runs on schedule. Free tea or coffee
Pleasant and very professional treatment from examination and planning to execution of surgery. Trustworthy and competent staff from nurses to ophthalmologists and surgeons. I received very good and clear information both before, during and after surgery, which made me feel very safe and well taken care of. Two weeks after surgery, I am the happiest woman in the world who doesn't need glasses and sees the world and its colors with completely new eyes
Scolded by the man at the reception, would take the card out of my hand. How can someone so unpleasant get a job. I was told in 2 places that it happened to the same person, I was comforted by the ophthalmologist Mattias Håkansson. Not service oriented, and poor vision of people and poor vision of women do not want to be treated so.
Worst treatment I experienced at the reception! After a 1/2 hour wait to get in to the doctor asked why? Got the worst treatment from the host!! Never experienced worse! He didn't make my Friday! Do not recommend this place!!
Hello, I have written four letters without getting a reply! Last spring I had cataract surgery in Tumba, Medsyn. When I came out of surgery my glasses were gone! They looked in a garbage bag but they weren't there! The next day they searched the garbage bag again, they weren't there! My glasses were a year old and cost almost SEK 9,000. They had a very nice bow that I thought I would reuse. I still use seven-year-old glasses that give me headaches and make it harder to read. I have had a swelling in my eye and am undergoing treatment at St Erik's Eye Hospital and cannot buy new glasses. My glasses were stolen while I was having surgery and I demand SEK 2000 for my suffering and your indifference and SEK 2000 for my broken glasses. Kind regards, Anita Westberg.
