Have been using this workshop since I moved to Halmstad 14 years ago and I can only say good things of Patrick and his team.nnAs a car passionate, I searched scrupulously for a good place to service our car in a new city and a new country. This place came at the top of the recommendations in the Halmstad area and we've not been disappointed. They have been servicing our now old Laguna through regular maintenance like cam belt, oil... and ocasional issues that unavoidably appear every now and then in a car.nnKudos

I have emailed via two separate email addresses a week apart and asked for a quote on a timing belt replacement. You want to rule out that something might have gone wrong and they might have just missed an email. Non. I have been waiting for a little over two weeks for an answer and it still shines with its absence. Of course you can call, but I don't think it should be necessary and, above all, I see written communication as a receipt of what has been agreed upon.nI can't respect anyone or anything that can't answer a simple question and instead chooses to ignore a potential customer. I cannot therefore recommend Mekonomen in Trönninge. I can't actually recommend Mekonomen in Halmstad and its surrounding area at all. Choose a competitor because there I have never had a problem with anything other than pricing and also being able to kindly decline a service.
Finances: The invoice is a few hundred Swedish kroner lower than the quote and at a completely different level than a branded workshop. Digital invoice via both SMS and e-mail and various options for payment. Much appreciated!nnQuality: The car passed acc. the service report, which is detailed and carefully filled out. Verbal review of the things that need to be fixed a little further on.nnTime: The work carried out as agreed and within the specified time.nnIn conclusion, this workshop is highly recommended and is the one I will contact primarily in the future.
