Very bad customer service. Not recommended
Fast and good service
Four years ago I handed in my old car for some service before the inspection. They called back a few hours later and said that they had found a lot of problems that needed to be fixed before the inspection, among other things they claimed that a beam had to be replaced and that it would cost a total of 27,000 SEK. I refused and picked up the car. The next day a man from there called and said that he could buy my car for 5,000 SEK, but not a penny more. I refused that too. I took it to another workshop that would replace the brakes and a spring at an affordable price. The car has been through the inspection for 4 years in a row now and has never received any comments, not even about a rusty beam. I think this workshop is unscrupulous and tried to rip me off and I will never use them again
I needed to fix my moped car that had been broken for a long time. So I went to the mechanic with a tow truck and when I got there, they treated me very rudely and when I got my car back, it broke down again 2 days later. We went back, then it broke down again. They don't know anything about moped cars so they shouldn't fix moped cars. They made my car worse and didn't even find what was wrong with it.
Unfortunately, this place is slow in fixing the car and expensive! Choose another place!nDropped in our VW UP with problems with the fan system, picked it up two days later with strict recommendations not to turn off the car before the fan system was turned off… the car also had a number of other problems that arose during their repair. And they wanted to continue repairing it but the price was unreasonably high. So checked with other companies and chose Werksta after recommendation, they fixed the car for half the price. Another workshop fixed the same problem on the VW UP for a third of the price and twice as fast! Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend this workshop!
