Yesterday the mechanics helped me immediately. Thank God nothing serious with my little Fiat Panda. They found some stones that made the noice and removed them. Great service, plus they did NOT charged me for the job. I wished we had garages like that at home in Germany.

Dropped my car in 14/11-24 when it sprayed oil. I leave the car for troubleshooting since they found two bad boxes leaking oil in the timing belt housing and then they said that it is better to change the timing belt at the same time so we will have to change the timing belt and timing belt kit and two reverse boxes after the car is ready then has I handed the car in to Mekonomen in November then they said it would take about a week when it will be ready and then the car you almost three months until it will be ready I handed the car in in November and I got the car back in January which makes it three months I am without a car I was not allowed to borrow a car and they destroyed the engine and they told me that they are going to order a new engine for the car then I got another message from them that they are going to open the engine shop and fix the same engine lift on the top instead of them having to change the whole engine and I got that in December. From December to January I tried to contact them and return my car and then it was very bad contact because if I call I don't get an answer and even if I email I don't get an answer and when I go to the workshop they tell me that the manager is not here and I tried tried and tried but I never succeeded last week I had to get hold of them and then they talk to next week your car will be ready and today is January 30th I went there to pick up the car. the car is very dirty, there is no fuel, I don't know where the fuel went, then after two 200 meters the engine light comes on again, I went back to Mekonomen and asked them to check why and then I got a very bad answer that they don't have time right now, I have to come back on Tuesday instead and then I will drive the car from Thursday to Tuesday with an engine light that is on just because they have to they don't have time so it's been three months since I got the car dirty engine is very dirty too I tried to check again it's leaking oil or another one then I couldn't tell because it's really dirty hole I'm everywhere so I don't know if it's old or still leaking or them it's not leaking but for me it's really hard to see because the engine has been really dirty and then the engine light comes on and it was much more expensive than what we agreed upon when I handed the car in they told me if I fix the stuff myself Car parts too then I will only have to pay for the labor cost and then they said it is around four more 5,000 but today I had to pay 12,000 for what I couldn't know so there is a lot of stuff on the paper that I received but then it is nothing what we agree on Plus it says that I had to pay 1,600 because they have done cleaning but when I looking at the car like or at the engine it's very dirty so I think they took 1600 for cleaning although they haven't done anything cleaning because I recommend that no one go to Mekonomen really bad really bad really bad
