Mekonomen Butik Strömstad

During our trip with our campervan through Scandinavia we faced problems with our exhaust. In Norway there weren't spare parts so we made a telephone call with Mekonomen Butik and made an appointment. It is a car workshop close to the border, in Sweden. They were very helpful on the telephone and did quite some research allready. And during there research they called us again for some extra details. Therefore on the day of our appointment the were able to get straight to the point. The spare part was ordered and two days later they were able to repair our camper van. And we were able to continue our trip. Great service! Thanx for the help and the pro activeness

came from over 1 hour away just to find that he had given me the wrong time and forgotten to write down my number. He send away the mechanic because he needed to work on his own private car... no help at all and rude service.

They had the car 4 days and did half the work. Their excuse was the screws/bolts were rusty and the couldn't undo them in the time they had the car.

Gotta be honest, the service here is really good

Says they're open on Saturdays but they're not.
