My manager has serviced various garden machines here and there have never been any problems. Last fall, we ordered the replacement of a specific belt on the riding lawnmower and at the same time asked that all belts be reviewed to ensure operational safety for the upcoming lawnmower season. Today when the manager was going to start mowing the grass, a belt broke quite immediately, so he had to spend the day hunting for a place that sells the belt that broke, then he changed it himself, then he discovered that it was worn and that was no wonder it went off. Now a day's income was lost, even though he paid to prevent this. How difficult can it be to look over the rest of the belts on a machine that you already have in for a belt change, when the customer also asks for it?nnNot ok service!
