Excellent personnel! My appointment was with Lovisa and it was exceptional, the best wedding dress trial experience I’ve had. She was immensely polite, sweet, helpful and she really listed to what I wanted to try and experiment with. I felt seen and amazingly helped by her. At my second trial I was with the owner Nahrin who is a sweetheart, the experience was similarly amazing and I ended up of course buying my dress from them. thank you for your professionalism, hospitality and amazing atmosphere!
Found this lovely bridal shop from instagram after not finding dress for my liking from Finland. Went to Milagro in January and found the dress of my dreams. The collection is huge and there are soo many options for everyone. The staff is truly professional and lovely - and the tailors there also the best. My dress was seamed perfect for me in just few days. THANK YOU SO MUCH TEAM MILAGRO AND SANNA
I had an appointment to try on wedding dresses at Milagro store. The lady helping me was very friendly and asked about my budget. After I told her my budget, she brought me some dresses to try on. They said they would send me a contract to purchase the dress. The next day, I received the contract and it stated that any adjustments to the size would cost 15000kr, which is three times more than the dress itself. This was misleading and unfair. First, why ask about my budget if they were going to charge me three times the price after I signed the contract? Additionally, they gave me a size 44 dress when I wear a size 40. When I go shopping, I expect to be shown clothes in my size, not clothes that are three times too big, followed by a contract that triples the price. It seems like a scam, and I advise others not to trust them. It's a dishonest way to take advantage of people.
What’s positive that there’s many dresses to choose from although it’s a small place. Room for improvement regards the service:na 1 hour is not enough especially due to the huge amount of dresses. Yes, you can come back and book another hour but the option to book a little more time would’ve been better as it felt rushed.nb When I asked general questions about the dresses or to show us specific dresses we only got vague answers or barely any help. The staff was friendly but I expected a better consultation especially since it appears to be a popular place.nMaybe we were unlucky with the staff but overall, we left stressed and disappointed. That’s why I didn’t come back.
Very nice selection of dress and people are very helpful. I am happy with it. However, i am not happy at all with their tailoring. It is not professional and is not worth the time that you put on travelling to store and try to dress so many times. Every time when they fix something small, other thing popped up. I am not experienced in tailoring and of course trust their work but i failed 2 big times in the store. They sell wedding dress, it is already very stressful period and having unprofessional work on the dress, jsut makes it miserable. Note. Even if you book a room, you have to share or wait others to finish, they expect you to be okay with their capactiy. I recommend store for checking dress but if you need alterations, i would not personally recommend the service.
