Update: I received a broken Sofa! I contacted the customer service and they will build a new sofa and come pick this one up when the new sofa is ready! I am totally happy with the service!
A bit pricier than IKEA, but the overall quality feels higher. Has pretty much everything you need in terms of furniture.
Good variety of products and the service inside was fine. HOWEVER, I have never seen such an absurd distribution system. The pictures below are of the pick-up area. Basically you buy new furniture worth 1000s of SEK and then have it perched on the edge of a platform some 3 feet high I’m 160 cm and the landing comes to my chest. How difficult would it be for you to make a slope/incline so the items could be brought to ground level? It’s DANGEROUS for the items as well as people to have to try and collect packages that weigh 100s of kilograms from several feet in the air. Absolutely ridiculous. Of course you guys don’t seem to care. You drive the little delivery cart to the edge of the platform and leave the goods. Then you disappear. That’s exceptionally bad customer service. You WANT customers to damage their newly bought goods? Please use common sense ... about safety as well as consideration. Make a slope so goods can be brought to the ground for placement in a vehicle/cart.
They remade the stores design and it's really been an improvement. On items, where its combined and the many choices there are. Some good items that seems all new for Mio. Edit, including their sofa bed selection to the Pro list...plus helpful staff explaining the details in an easy way
