I purchased several furnitures from mio, among others a sofa table.nThis sofa table had a defect and I reached out to mio for replacement, but they wouldn’t offer me a new one and could not help further. So now I use it with the defect. Mio is certainly not service-minded
Wonderful customer experience by Walid whom I am grateful to since he helped me rectify a mistake done by another MIO branch in the city center. Dodged the wrong sofa color with the wrong legs too.
The sales people there doesn't seem to care at all. There is no one around to ask and if you do get help it feels like they want to run away when you ask questions. Wouldn't buy anything big or expensive from them.
Johannes is the best seller in the world. I have never bought anything from MIO but this guy made our day and convinced us to buy a furniture
I guess 3,5 stars. Your go to store in Sweden if you are tired of IKEA.
